Market Trends, Absorption rates, Home-Prices, and Staging – Franziska is passionate about the language of Real Estate and her clients’ best interests in this, sometimes overwhelming, world of buying and selling a home. She believes, knowledge is power, and knowing the market is crucial in guiding them with their (often biggest financial) investment. Part of that is constant continuous education to stay on top of market ups and downs, contract changes, housing trends, marketing, or neighborhood developments, so that her clients can relax and know that they are in good hands with their home.

Franziska is an Associate Broker and Vice President with Blanchard and Calhoun- a market leader in the Augusta area for 100 years. She has been a successful Realtor with the Greater Augusta Association since 2005 – numerous top producer awards and happy customers, speak for themselves.

She is licensed for Georgia and South Carolina, Military on the Move & Relocation certified, and an active member of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce, as well as member of the Augusta Choral Society. She has lived in 3 countries, but calls Augusta home. Outside of work, she loves to travel, read, and cook, but most of all she is a proud mom of two and happy wife of one.
